A: No, you do not. B1 is sufficient for many jobs and you can always improve your German via German courses.

Q: How good do my German skills have to be in order to work in care in Germany?

A: In order to officially work as a care professional in Germany, you need to prove you have at least B2 German skills. That is necessary because you will have to understand medical directives, you will have to write important documentation  and you will have to communicate with patients, families and doctors.

Q: How do I apply for the Ausbildung?

A: Please follow this link to the job description. Click on “Bewerben” at the bottom of the page and leave your requested details, as well as your CV. Hit “Senden” and your application will find us!

Q: How do I apply for the Qualification / Recognition and Kenntnispruefung?

A: If you are looking to take the Kenntnispruefung and want to achive full recognition in Germany, please use this link. Hit “Bewerben” and fill in your name, mail address and phone number, as well as uploading your CV. Then click on “Senden“. Done!

Q: How do I sign up for a language course?

A: In order to sign up for one of our courses, please click the button below your chosen course. Now find available start dates in the calendar and choose the one most suitable for you. Please fill in the requested information and click “buchen“. You will then receive an e-mail with payment options. Please make sure to pay within 24 hours of receiveing the mail, otherwise your booking will not be confirmed.

Q: Why can I not use my tablet computer or smartphone for class?

A: In order to access and work on all class material, you need a laptop or notebook.
